About Us

RESPECT

Our name is our philosophy. We believe in delivering the highest level of patient care, through a dedicated team, with the respect that each patient deserves. Our staff is fully screened before becoming part of our organization to insure that they meet the highest standards of professionalism.

Our employees receive on-going training, in both professional skills and customer service. They are a reflection on RESPECT Ambulance, and your experience with them is extremely important to us.

With impeccable professionalism and commitment, our team is here to serve our patients’ needs, with RESPECT, 24 hours a day.

Professional Service

Our Basic Life Support (BLS) Ambulance Service is staffed by emergency medical technicians (EMTs), and EVOC-certified drivers. This level of ambulance service is designed to transport non-ambulatory, stretcher-bound patients to prescheduled medical treatments. Our BLS fleet is professionally staffed 24 hours per day, primarily serving the counties of Dauphin, Cumberland, Lancaster, Perry, York, Lebanon, Franklin, and Adams.

The mission of RESPECT Ambulance is to put the needs of the patient above all else. We put service first in a professional and sensitive manner, while maintaining the dignity of those we serve. All patients utilizing our service can rest assured that they will be treated with RESPECT.

Our commitment to patient care is achieved through the constant development and enrichment of our staff. The patients we serve deserve RESPECT, and at RESPECT Ambulance that is exactly what they will receive.
